Allow for a complex question based on answers from a matrix type question

A Matrix-Question with possibility to collect numeric values (e.g. as numeric entry or via numeric slider) would be great to have! The variant w/ numeric slider would probably be the more user-friendly version. See 2x mock-ups enclosed
